This will give the students a chance to learn how to plant, grow and care for vegetables, herbs, and flowers. My students come from a very poor section of town and this could be their only to chance to learn how to do this. Since Covid, there has been a push for citizens to learn how to grow and harvest their own food. This will fit right in with this push. These students will also be advance training and knowledge before they get to high school where they will have the option to continue this.
