These games and hands on manipulatives will help my students become more proficient in basic math sense and knowledge. Since the pandemic, screen times are up and math sense is missing. These items will also, help me teach in small group settings and focus more on center/workstations that are multisensory, hands on, and fun. My goal is to organize my math learning time very similar to the reading block that is being successful. Teach a 10-15 minute calendar/new learning whole group time. Then, differentiated instruction with small groups and centers.
Mastery Through Play! When kids enjoy school and have fun, they learn better. My goal is to promote life long learners that enjoy school and life.
