These materials will help launch our Teamwork Makes The Dream in Kindergarten. Our goal is to make sure our students are engaged in hands on purposeful play. When my students work together to build with blocks or play with baby dolls, they learn to negotiate roles and work cooperatively to create and design 3 dimensional structures. They will be able to use the ramps and ball to explore pushes, pulls, and the effects of gravity. Block and pretend play gives students an opportunity to share materials, take turns, develop friendships and work cooperatively.

About my class
