Most of my students are below the poverty level and don't get all the help they need at home. These resources will help reinforce the concepts we are learning in class and also help them to understand them better. I am focusing on kindness in class. The kindness book set will help them to see different instances of kindness that they may not have thought about. They may even see themselves in some of the stories and see how they can be kind to others. I also want to expose them to more literature than we already read in class. The library builder book set will help with that.
