These materials will be used for in class independent and partner reading. They will use them to practice letter sounds, sounds of syllables and eventually how to read all words independently. Students will enjoy having a variety of books to read that are engaging and at grade level. This will help them build their confidence in wanting to read independently in class along with taking that confidence to their own homes and picking up a book to read at home. This project will help nurture these students to enjoy reading not only today but for the rest of their lives.

About my class
