Once the project is fully funded, students will be able to comfortably come to my classroom when they are hungry or are in need. We have a nurse at our school but they do not offer hygienic things so the teachers usually provide it out of pocket. By having food to feed them, they would be able to learn and think more clearly as well as sit still. Many of our students do not have the resources at home and have younger siblings that often times get more attention and food.
