Hello Everyone!
My name is Summer Landon, and I teach 5th grade at a wonderful, rural school in California. I started my career in education at the age of 19. It has been my passion to guide students through their educational and social growth. My goal as a teacher is to provide an engaging and safe learning environment for each and every one of my students.
I have a very inquisitive and dedicated group of students this year. I have been lucky enough to have the same group of students for the second year in a row! Our class loves the arts, science, technology, and participating in book clubs!
Our classroom is a constant buzz of questioning, exploring, and synthesizing information we are exposed to. It has been a wonderful experience seeing these students blossom and grow since I've first worked with them. We have a great momentum going and will run with it this school year!
