My students range form kindergarten to sixth grade and they are amazing students. My students are hard working and eager to improve. Students are keeping track of their own academic data and evaluating their own strengths and weaknesses. They are beginning to set goals for growth in the core subject areas. My students at Eva Gordon are taking responsibility for their own learning and growth.
Nonetheless, our students need continued support and encouragement as many are still quite young. But they want to be successful...and they want it badly.
I would love to bew able to reward all of our young learners as they reach new academic milestones. This would be a great opportunity to help struggling students learn to set academic goals and work diligently to meet them.
Students are seeking out help in weak areas and are more open to sharing their academic successes.
