My school has about 830 students Pre-k through 8th grades. We are in a very low income area with a high level of ELL students. Finding activities to support students’ needs and engage then can be difficult. Especially in Science resources are often limited. The STEM activities we have done have been highly successful. Not only are the students on task, they are preparing themselves to compete globally in math and science.
