Our school is a Title 1 school with over 70% of our student population in poverty. We are an early childhood school that focuses on early intervention in order to help our struggling learners, so they may succeed. In my classroom, I have 2 special education students with a variety of needs. There are also 21 regular education students, including twelve ELL students. I teach in an inclusion classroom which means I have both regular and special education students. Myself and my part-time paraprofessional work together to provide our students with multiple learning opportunities. We have a very diverse group of children who are eager to learn, and we want to provide them with the best education possible.
