I teach technology in an elementary school; grades k-5 in a high-need, low-income community. I will be taking 24 fifth graders(12 boys, 12 girls) to a farm in Vermont for one week. Living in an inner city, this trip will expose and immerse my students to farm life; an experience they have never had before.
