My students are in ages from five to six. They are a very bright bunch of students. I think they are. These student are lovable but some face a lot of obstacles. My school is Tennessee. My school's main focus is technology. We are a very small school with approximately 320 students enrolled. We are an award winning school (National Blue Ribbon School) that strives every day to help students achieve the highest levels of academic achievement. My students are excited when I say it is time to get on the computer or go to the computer lab. They love working on projects. However it is a distraction when I have to show students what I want them to do on the television screen and disrupt what the other children are doing. It would help if I could go to one group of students and explain with the laptop what I want them to do. So, when it is computer time they will know what is expected of them and be able go right to work whether in the classroom or in the computer lab.
