My classroom is filled with lively and energetic first graders. We are a very rural community in a very economically challenged area. We are in a Pre-K through 6th grade building. There is only one section of each grade in our building. I believe this is a blessing in that our school is a very close-knit community. This year I have 18 students, but next year I will have over 30 students in my room.
