Our school has adopted and put into effect the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and my students work every day toward being the embodiment of those 7 habits. Though my students come from low-income households with challenging backgrounds, they don't allow anything to stop them from becoming their best selves. They have a drive for learning through inquiry and investigation.
