I am a computer science specialist at a Title I school, teaching over 500 K-5 students. Everyday, my lab buzzes with curiosity, creativity, and the excitement of discovery. In our lab, students learn to problem solve, code, engineer, and think critically about the world around them. We celebrate every small success. I am passionate about instilling a lifelong love of science, technology, and engineering, and I believe every child deserves the chance to see themselves as an innovator. Many of my students face challenges outside of school, but in our lab, they find a save equitable environment where all abilities and voices are valued. Here mistakes are stepping stones, perseverance is celebrated, and creativity has no limits. Together, we can empower the next generation of scientists, engineers, and problem solvers.
