My students are all about learning and staying engaged. They’re totally into math, and they love showing their work on the whiteboard—it’s like their way of really diving into the problem and sharing ideas. A lot of them struggle with reading, but they’re super open to improving and are always down to grow. The vibe in our class is everything; we’ve built a solid, supportive community where everyone gets along and respects each other.
We keep things fun by mixing in games and activities with our lessons, so learning never feels boring. There’s a lot of positive energy in the room, and it’s all about making everyone feel comfortable enough to take risks and enjoy the ride. It’s the kind of place where we all help each other out and just have a good time while learning.
