The items chosen will help my students be more successful in school and in life. My program works with a therapeutic approach to support a students whole life, at home and at school.
We work to nurture our students' needs emotionally and educationally. The items listed include multiple educational games to help make learning fun and interactive, promoting positive social skills; sensory toys to help them focus and meet their sensory needs; classroom craft supplies to help harness creativity and more. Students that come from a background of trauma benefit from an environment that help them feel comfortable and safe, adding rugs and shades to the ceiling lights help promote that feeling.
