My third graders are energetic, curious, and full of big questions. They’re developing independence—trying new strategies in reading and math—and love hands‑on, playful learning.
They’re kind to one another, enjoy collaborating in small groups, and bring imaginative ideas to class discussions and projects.
Many are building stamina for independent reading and are eager to share favorite parts of books.
They respond well to clear routines, positive feedback, and activities that let them move, create, and talk with peers.
