Students that are part of the Performance-Based Program learn in an alternative educational program designed to assist them with attaining their high school diploma. These students are at risk and benefit greatly from learning and mentoring programs. This program had 179 courses passed in my class last school year and it is part of a comprehensive dropout prevention effort with Sarasota County Schools.
