This year I am working with sophomores and seniors; they range in shapes and sizes and come from a range of home lives. Our school is considered a low-income, predominantly white population. All students are eligible for free meals (breakfast and lunch). Our school is working hard to implement AVID systems so that all learners will be career and college ready upon graduation.
