My Drawing and Painting II students are 10 through 12 graders. Most of them live in the Historical plantation town of Wahiawa, where rents are much lower than the rest of the O‘ahu Island. Their families are working class people or military families. The class consist of 10+ different ethnicities. A lot of them are mixed races of two or more. They had the foundation of DP-I, so this project will give them a chance to show their skills and creativity.
