I teach a range of preschool students up to seniors in high school with varying degrees of hearing. Many wear hearing aids or cochlear implants, some sign. I have a wide range of students and student needs. Sometimes I need to sit down with a preschooler and work on language development. Then I'll jump over to one of the high schools and work on transition planning and self-advocacy. I LOVE that each day looks different and I get the privilege to work with some AMAZING students. They work so hard and are so resilient.

About my class
