I am a special education teacher working with 15–20 incredible students in reading, writing, history, and math. My students are eager to learn and thrive in ways that meet their individual needs. I emphasize embracing challenges and using them as opportunities for growth. I deeply care about each student and always prioritize their best interests. Every morning we recite a daily affirmation inspired by Angela Diterlizzi book, "The Magical Yet." My students enjoy sharing things they couldn't do "yet" but can now because of persistence. My students matter to me because they mean so much to their families and represent a bright future.
