In my classroom I come across students that are determined to leave the classroom a better writer, communicator, and overall stronger ELA student than they were when they first entered my room. I love helping my students achieve these goals through fun and meaningful ELA lessons and activities. From working as a class to conquer an ELA inspired escape room to using music to understand figurative language, my students get to explore the many aspects of ELA while having fun. These students end up leaving the room with stronger skills that help will help them in future classrooms as well as in the real world. From become better note takers to being able to verbally elaborate on a topic, these students are nothing short of amazing.
