I teach a wonderful group of diverse kindergarten students, over half of whom enter school speaking little to no English. Most come from low-income households and face challenges related to language barriers and limited access to resources. Despite this, my students are incredibly curious, resilient, and eager to learn. They are developing foundational literacy, language, social-emotional, and fine motor skills through hands-on, interactive activities. My goal is to create a supportive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, builds confidence, and gains the skills they need to succeed both in school and beyond.
