My students are children of immigrant families from Latin American countries, and in class, they are learning English along with aspects of U.S. culture. Many of them are navigating life in a new country, balancing their cultural heritage with adapting to their new environment. Their classes focus on language development, cultural understanding, and building skills to succeed academically and socially in the U.S.
