Most of my students work hard when they have access to reward for completing small goals. My other students either work towards a bigger reward or are self motivated and complete their goals quickly. Each student is in Virtual Lab because they are trying to do a credit recovery class, this means they have not obtained their credit when they had the opportunity to when in person, or are trying to receive a better grade to increase their GPA.
