Remember how excited you were to take music in elementary school? The feeling that you were creating something magical and meaningful ... that's what I strive to make my elementary school that needs your support!!! I am thrilled, ecstatic and honored to be the music teacher for my school in Ridgewood, Queens, NY. Since my school is in a low income area, new materials are always encouraged and welcomed with open arms. We have a huge special education base and most of my students are very visual and auditory learners. Teaching music is a wonderful way to help spark their interest, curiosity, creativity and individualism. I teach many aspects of music, including instruments, theater, movement/dance, history, song writing, orchestra, music from around the world and music through literature.
