Our students come from a low economic background. Many parents do not have the financial means to supply students with materials needed to be successful. Being the only middle school social studies teacher, it is difficult to provide all students with their materials on my own. I want my students to leave my classroom with the knowledge of our world, their country and state, and different cultures. I believe with the help of donors choose, I can create a meaningful learning experience that is fun and engaging for all students. 

About my class
