Students in my classroom are from a public charter school in DC. Among the many things my students have in common (including being three year old girls and living in DC), my scholars all live in low income areas and are not always provided with materials that will broaden their learning experiences. Ours is the first all girls school in DC. We are dedicated to educating girls and empowering them to strive for greatness. We stress the importance of college and the slogan "Educate, Empower, Excel."
