The majority of my students come from a socio-economically disadvantaged demographic along with being second language learners. Although, in many ways my students have the decks stacked against them they still come to school every day embracing the importance of school. At my school we celebrate the differences between each student and we try to build on those differences during instruction. I want to be able to provide my students with a wealth of resources that they deserve in order to help them become successful.
