As the school nurse, I have the privilege of caring for incredible students who face challenges far beyond the classroom. Many come from low-income households where health resources and safety can’t always be taken for granted. In our health suite, I strive to create a place of safety, care, and dignity—where every child is seen, supported, and given the chance to thrive.
