My classroom consists of fifth and sixth grade students. I primarily teach English/Language Arts and immerse my children in an abundance of literacy activities at my school. My school is in a high-need community as well as home to a cluster program that fosters an emphasis on autistic disciplines. My classes consist of students with similar ethnic and cultural backgrounds, who have a diverse level of abilities. My instruction spans daily to reach close to 110 students as at this level we are departmentalized allowing for me to use my expertise in expanding the knowledge and skills of students specifically in the literary world.
