Flexible seating is a hot topic in education. Research shows that there are many benefits behind flexible seating in the early childhood classroom. The flexible seating options I have already are popular with all of the students, but I do not have enough for everyone. This is my first year implementing flexible seating and I am already seeing tremendous benefits. The wobble chairs will help students get the wiggles out and learn. This project will help add to my goal of enough safe and comfortable flexible seating for every student in my classroom. When they are active, they are more focused on my teaching and their learning.
