My students love to play in our dramatic play center! If we can get the condiment set, restaurant set, and mailbox my students will be able to explore and imagine even more during center time. My students love to write letters and seal them in an envelope! Now they will be able to pretend to send them or even pretend to be a mail carrier in a more realistic way! The restaurant set will be a perfect addition to turn our housekeeping center into a Restaurant where the students will have to pretend to be the waiter, consumer, cook, etc.
My students love to explore science and math with hands-on activities. The measuring set would be a great asset in our classroom. Currently, my Pre-K students are not learning too much about measurement because we do not have any materials to help teach them with. This set will help them explore weight with the balance scale. The picture cards and manipulative will help them learn by using hands-on materials and visuals.
We do not have any type of listening to stories independently in our classroom currently. A listening library would help encourage early literacy skills in my students.
My classroom is on the smaller side and storage is hard to come by. The Royal Reading stand would be a great addition to my classroom to help me keep books more organized. The stand will also help increase the amount of shared writing we do as a class because I will have more space to write more efficiently. Currently, students crowd around and look at chart paper on the floor. Shared writing is a great way to promote literacy and writing skills.
