The students at my school enjoy getting the opportunity to code and learn more about coding. The older grades try out many different coding sites as well as manipulatives. The younger kids do not always get this chance, due to their reading level. This robot will allow the younger students to learn to code without being held back by their reading level. All students will be able to successfully code the robot into moving and playing a song. They will also learn to write simple songs for Dash to play using the simple xylophone that the robot uses. Learning simple melodies can be fun and easy using this robot.
