Thank you for visiting! For the 2017-18 school year, I will be teaching Adapted Physical Education to special needs students at 5-6 Austin middle and high schools in high poverty/economically disadvantaged areas. I have taught at the elementary level for the past 11 years, and this will be my very first time serving secondary campuses (Travis HS, Martin MS, Sadler Means MS, Fulmore MS, Eastside Memorial HS, and Kealing MS). I gave all of my elementary Adapted PE supplies to a newly hired Adapted PE elementary teacher who will service my previous 9 campuses, so I am definitely trying to make sure I have all the physical education and sensory equipment my secondary students will need to be successful in PE.
