I am the Special Education Resource teacher Broadmoor Elementary School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Many of my students are challenged by physical as well as cognitive disabilities, but they ignore these challenges and remain delightfully cheerful and optimistic about their futures. My students are interested in learning so they will be able to be productive members of society. We work on all areas of the elementary school curriculum where my students are having challenges.
