I am a first grade teacher at Anderson Elementary in Spring, Texas. We are proud to be a Leader in Me School this year and believe that there is leadership potential in every student. We are learning about the 7 Habits of Happy Kids this year and working to implement them in our classroom and in our daily lives. In addition to our Leader in Me designation, Anderson is also a Title 1 school, which means that many of our students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Recently, our school was impacted by Hurricane Harvey and our gym, art and music portables were destroyed as well as many of our students' homes. Despite these challenges, we remain "Gator Strong" and continue towards our goal of unlocking the greatness in every child. We value your interest in supporting this goal!
