Within my classroom and charter school environment, 98% of my students are on free or reduced school lunch plan programs due to socioeconomic status of parents and families. Our school is located within the Central Valley. Within the charter school, students are represent a 98% of English Language Learners who speak limited English. There is also a high percentage of Hispanic families within our school who have limited resources available to them. Our population is about 500 students and class sizes remain small throughout the school year. There is true love for learning, dedication, and education among the parents and families at our school. I truly try to harness this gratitude of quality education within my classroom by proving quality education for their child.
