Dear family, friends, and colleagues,
It would be helpful for my English Language Learners to have books containing pictures, labels, and sentence patterns. If it's possible, I would like sets of big books and leveled readers. Thank you and I hope you can help my English Language Learners!!
I work with small groups by pushing in and collaborating with other teachers. In addition, I work with small groups in a separate location This project will enhance meeting there needs in grades k-6. My goal is for ELLs to read fluently with simpler text and then move on to more complex text.
Reading will encourage English Language Learners to decode more, be aware of phonics, and comprehend. They will want to read more. Students can be interactive by coming up and pointing to pictures. Students can frame sight words. Big books encourage many students to listen, speak, and read.
