Our Newcomer students recently immigrated from American Samoa, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Tonga, Yemen, and Ethiopia. We are learning to speak, read, write, and understand English. We practice academic discussion, good reading habits, and argumentative writing.
