Many of my students speak English as their second language. We can use the ELMO projector, for visual examples and demonstration, so they can be successful when completing assignments, activities, and tasks. Also, the students will be able to watch videos, from education sites giving them exposure to educational experiences they may not have had otherwise. Also, when meeting with parents who do not speak English, the ELMO projector can be used to give visual examples of what is being asked of students and what parents can do to help their students at home. Having an ELMO projector will be an integral part of our learning experience. As a result, the students will hopefully have an expanded vocabulary, understanding of concepts, and become successful learners.
