My first grade students love coming to school each day. First graders need repeated practice in basic skills in order to be successful. In order to provide this practice we go through reams of paper and/or several dry erase markers per child. My class and I brainstormed ideas to reduce the amount of paper we use in our classroom on a daily basis. Boogie boards is the answer!
