In an effort to get my third graders excited about reading, I want to use Storyworks magazines in my classroom. These Scholastic magazines come with online resources such as videos, digital resources, and skill sheets. The articles are high interest and available for students on all reading levels. I teach reading to three different classes of third graders. In an effort to save cost, I am asking for only 25 sets of the StoryWorks magazine which I can use with multiple students throughout the day. These 32 page magazines are full of thrilling texts in multiple genres, including nonfiction, short fiction, read-aloud plays, paired texts, poetry and more! Storyworks magazine will definitely jazz up our reading class and create more informed students in the process!
