What makes learning art during COVID-19 particularly difficult for my students is that they are stuck at home with no art supplies. Many of my students do not have the income for extra supplies and some of their favorite projects include painting, but parents everywhere will tell you, "paint is too messy." So what's the next best thing? Oil Pastels!
Students will be able to create "paintings" using this medium. Virtually, I will have my students create a variety of projects that we would normally paint. The best part? No mess for parents.
