I am the luckiest teacher in the world! My RtI position in kindergarten allows me to work with eight awesome classroom teachers and over 175 kindergarteners. On a daily basis I meet with 40-50 kids and work in a small group setting targeting emergent reading skills. I manage a team of paraprofessionals who spend half their day in kindergarten with me and together we see over 100 students a day. I LOVE my job and ALL of my students!
