I am an elementary school counselor! I work in Oklahoma City and my school is high poverty and all students receive free lunch. My students are so sweet and eager to learn about emotions, social skills, and solving problems. Many have experienced some kind of trauma and have difficulty managing emotions or knowing what to do with their feelings.
