On an average day, I host three psycho-educational groups during my students' lunch periods. Groups range in topics from anxiety, grief, social skills, family changes, anger management, friendship, to name a few. During our groups, we play games, make projects and have group discussions.
My students loving coming to a place where they feel safe to share their feelings and know that other students in our school are experiencing the same thing!
We will use binders to organize our group materials by grade level. Paper and markers will allow us to make projects related to the different topics discussed during group.
