Everything has its own life cycle! We will learn about the life cycle of animals such as frogs and butterflies. We will also learn about the lifecycle of the plants we grow and eat. Our students will explore the relationship between plants and animals as well. We will also have the opportunity to grow our own plants for consumption. This year our children will create work using the concept of project based learning. This will incorporate using literature, technology, hands-on exploration and demonstration, as well as writing in their final products. They will look to solve common problems among the plant and animal community by designing, creating, building and presenting solutions.
